What ages are your reptile programs suitable for?
Our hands-on reptile adventures are designed for all ages! Children as young as 3 can participate with supervision, and we tailor the experience to be engaging for kids, teens, and adults alike.
Are the reptiles safe to touch and handle?
Yes! All our reptiles are healthy, well-socialized, and chosen for their calm temperaments. Our experienced handlers guide every interaction to ensure safety for both guests and animals. Hand sanitizer is provided, and participation is always optional.
What types of events do you visit?
We bring reptiles to birthday parties, school and library programs, corporate events, scout meetings, festivals, and more. If you have a group that would enjoy an educational reptile experience, we’re happy to come!
How far do you travel?
We’re based in ZIP code 43135. Travel is free within 35 miles, with an additional $100 fee for every 50 miles one way beyond that.
Is there a discount for weekday bookings?
Yes! We offer $50 off any package for events booked Monday through Thursday.
What is included in every package?
All packages feature a variety of lizards, snakes, frogs, and tortoises, with hands-on opportunities, educational facts, and plenty of photo moments.
Can we request specific reptiles?
While we can’t guarantee specific animals (as it depends on their health and mood), let us know your interests when booking, and we’ll do our best to include favorites. The Rare & Beautiful Package is perfect for unique or exotic species requests.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Cancellations with at least 2 weeks’ notice receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Closer cancellations may reschedule based on availability.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we’re fully insured for all events and programs.
